Viticulture: Lutte raisonnée
Vinification: 60 to 100% de-stemmed depending on vintage, 4 to 6 days' pre-fermentary maceration at 13°C, indigenous yeast alcoholic fermentation for 15 to 20 days in stainless steel tank. 16 to 17 months' aging in barrel (40-50% new oak)
