A nice, pleasant and gourmet wine. To be drunk quite young. Appellation: Burgundy Appellation
Grape Variety: Pinot Noir
Age of Vines: 15 years, 25 years, 37 years
Wine-Making: Stalking, cold maceration for about 3 to 5 days, temperature control, crushing and pumping over 2 to 3 times a day, total fermentation on skins 10 to 12 days according to vintages. 
Maturing: 12 months in French oak barrel. Bottled by us at the winery.
