Liberal ripe Meyer lemon, citrus blossoms and spice aromas are accented by notes of seaside
minerality. Flavors are layered with citrus, orchard fruit and clean oyster-shell minerality. A generous wine with great energy and vibrancy and will reward with additional cellaring.

Aging: The premiers crus wines are fermented in a combination of stainless steel and oak puncheons for seven months.
