Trockenbeerenauslese (“dried berries selection”) comes from grapes that have been affected by noble rot, a condition that allows the grapes to dry out completely, shriveling like raisins. The resulting wines are complexit and rich. Medium gold yellow in color, this Scheurebe TBA has aromas of fresh mandarins and blossom on the nose. Grapefruit, lemon grass and floral notes characterize the palate with crisp, racy and mouthwatering acidity.
