A complex and richly layered wine, the Stephanie Cabernet Sauvignon unfurls with enticing notes of blackberry, blueberry, and cranberry. After opened for about 15 minutes, notes of dark blossom, violets, rose and brown spices take over. It’s fine-grained tannins lead to a wonderful mid-palate and long, integrated finish.
