Falcone Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles

Wine Information 
Our vines are farmed meticulously maintaining the proper amount of cluster/clusters for each individual shoot. This technique produces a very intense wine that captures the flavors of our site. The Cabernet Sauvignon shows great depth and structure, with purple hues and a rich texture of velvety tannin on the finish. There are aromas of dust, blackberry, cocoa and wood smoke, which continue on the palate with the flavor of black cherry. 

The wine was aged in 52% new oak, 39% of which were French oak and 13% American oak barrels.
