Wine Information
From a single parcel of 1 hectare in the lieu-dit “Les Charmes” situated facing south about 350 meters above the sea level in the western part of cru Morgon. Vines are over 80 years old.

The vineyard is farmed using organic principles. “Gobelet” pruning method is used. The grapes are sorted by hand on the vine. 

Whole cluster semi carbonic maceration for 9 days (25°C/29°C). Racking (décuvage) and blending (assemblage) of “goutte” and “presse” wines.
