Vinification: 15% whole-cluster pressing by pneumatic press, indigenous yeast fermentation in uncovered wooden tanks. Aged for 16 months in older oak barrels, a few months blending in tank.

 

This wine is sourced from Blanches Fleurs (a well-draining and early-ripening site), Blanchisserie (shallow soils), Beaune 1er Cru les Teurons (redder clay soils of oxidized iron with limestone rocks), and Pointes de Tuvilain (marl and clay soils).
