70% Pinot Noir 30% Pineau d'Aunis, Direct press rosé fermented in stainless steel. Medium salmon in color, with fresh roses, red berry fruit and fresh herbs on the nose. It is crisp on the attack, showing very good density of fruit on the palate, yet it’s delicate and very well balanced and has a long finish.This is a nice aperitif wine, it will pair well with summer fares such as salads, seafood and other light dishes.
