Domaine Albert Mann Riesling Cuvée Albert
Wine Information
Bright straw-green. Aromas of kerosene and blood orange. Juicy and ripe on the palate, with flavors of orange, tangerine and yellow apple smoothed by 7 grams per liter of residual sugar. Almost chewy concentration here, but comes across as very nicely balanced, finishing with bright acidity and lingering lemon and cinnamon basil flavors. Not the last word in complexity, but irresistible already. From an assemblage of old vines.
Hand-harvested selection of old vines from 2 fields names : Rosenberg (Wettolsheim) and Altenbourg (Kienthzeim). Expressive nose shows beautiful fruity flavors, citrus fruits, lemon. Attack on the palate is lively underlined by a fine minerality.
