Wine Information
Reddish-purple in color. This wine is very aromatic black cherry, black raspberry, and pomegranate, mixed with hints of cassis, chocolate, and slight peppery spice. Lush , lively texture with lovely black cherry and pomegranate fruit, bright acidity to balance the sweet fruit flavors, black pepper and clove spice, and a long, lively finish of black cherry, raspberry, and hints of cocoa powder. 

80% Zinfandel, 9% Teraldego, 6% Tannat, 3% Mourvedre and 3% Petite Sirah

VINEYARD: Blend of different vineyards in different northern California appellations. 

WINEMAKING: Fermented each varietal separately using native yeast. 

AGING: 14 months on 100% 1-year old or older French oak.
